Responsible for the creation of  a development program within the College of Business Administration. Specific duties and responsibilities included the development of short and long-term strategic plans for fundraising, alumni affairs, and marketing.  In addition, creating and executing a plan to secure funding for a $57 million new business college building on the South Campus Project.  Further duties included the immediate supervision and hiring of staff as well as setting performance objectives and conducting training sessions.

Technological University, Houghton, MI.  Responsible for coordination and implementation of an advancement/development plan for 12 departments within the College.  Primary focus was the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gift donors ($100,000+).  Worked closely with the Dean and 12 Department Chairs in achieving priorities of the College.  Primary staff liaison with the Trustee Development Committee of the Michigan Tech Fund Board.  Extensive travel.
